Back exercises are the only thing that can save your posture and help you get the good posture you've been seeking. There is no support, brace, posture aid or any other "device" that can increase the strength of your back muscles.

By utilizing back exercises as your preferred posture improvement program, you are providing the antidote to how you got bad posture in the first place. No one wakes up one morning with bad posture, it occurs over time.

You perform the same activities over and over again just about every day. You have to sit at your desk, sit while you drive, and sit while you eat. If we were to sit and watch a film of everything you've done during a typical day, we'd be hard pressed to find any activity that helped improve the strength of your back muscles.

This is where back exercises come in. They can rapidly improve the strength of your back muscles, making it easier to maintain a good posture position. If your back muscles are strong, you won't need to "remember" to sit up straight, it will just become what you do.

If your back muscles are strong, your spinal joints and discs will not bear the entire force of gravity and will not have to deal with the pressure of keeping you sitting up straight.
