Posture Information | Exercises For Lower Back Pain

Exercises for lower back pain can provide the greatest benefit of all; keeping the pain from coming back. It's one thing to get the pain to go
away, it's quite another to keep it from coming back altogether.
As I've mentioned time and time again, lower back pain can be caused by a lot of different things. I'm not here to tell you that improving
your postural muscles will stop all types of back pain... just a lot of them.
Particularly if your job requires you to sit all day long in front of the computer, you are probably working only the front muscles of your
body while your back muscle are growing weaker by the hour.
Beginning a posture improving program that includes exercises for lower back pain will help you benefit from extra muscular support around your low back. The additional spinal
support will help keep the pain from coming back again.
Lower back pain can be triggered by a muscle spasm that is really a response to a weak back. When muscles can't keep up with your daily
activity due to a lack of strength, the easiest thing for them to do is spasm and create a significant increase in muscle tone.
Giving the lower back muscles the additional strength they need by improving your posture takes away the body's reason for triggering the muscle spasm in the first place.
