Pain Relief From Neck And Back Problems "With Little Effort"!
"Dr. Cordova, I have just read your book and find it to be very “eye opening”.
My job typically has long hours and requires international air travel. Both require that I sit in the same position for long
periods of time. Without even knowing what happened, I found that my shoulders were rounding, my neck would ache, my head would
ache, and my back felt like it was “going out”. On the airplane, I struggle for comfort and work myself into remarkable
positions.
After reading your book, I find that -- with very little effort -- I can perform your recommended exercises and relieve this
pain. I thought that the pain resulting from these activities was something I had to live with. Your book has taught me that this
is not true.
Thank you very much for revealing this wisdom. I feel better already."

"Posture Confidence is now a 'must read' for everyone in my office."
"After reading your book, I realized that I wasn't taking advantage of the seat controls on my expensive office chair. I also
raisedthe height of my computer monitor. I made a few adjustments and felt a huge difference at the end of the first day."
"Posture Confidence is now a "must read" for everyone in my office. I particularly like the photographs of the exercises to help
remedy some of the less than perfect posture habits I have adopted over the years."
"I really appreciate the down-to-earth description of the various types of beds. I am going to recommend this chapter to anyone
who is considering buying a new bed."

I'm going to work on my back and abs, not just the abs!!!
Easy reading! I liked that he gave the proper medical terms, but then "translated" for those of us that do not have the
medical knowledge. I also now know it is important to strengthen competing muscles or they get weaker ...I'm going to work on my
back and abs, not just the abs!!!

"The book makes eminent sense..."
The book makes eminent sense, it is logically organized around the concept of typical questions that the public might ask. It
is easy to read, as the paragraphs are short, and the technical information does not overwhelm.
I saw some excellent suggestions about sitting, sleeping, driving, and working at a computer. I will make sure my back is up
against the back of the chair as much as possible!
I also found very interesting the concept of opposing muscle groups that need to be be exercised in the same workout.
