Posture Information | Upper Back Muscle Pain

upper back muscle pain image

Upper back muscle pain is usually a warning sign that your posture is in need of some additional help. Muscles that fatigue and give way to pain at the end of the day are usually the ones being overworked.

They just can't hold up your head and neck any more. They're tired. Once they fatigue and your spinal joints become involved, it's only a matter of time before you'll experience the upper back muscle pain that stops you from being as effective or as energetic at work as you might like.

The same upper back muscle pain that is ruining your day is being caused by a lack of strength in the back muscles, something that only exercise can solve.

The first time someone gets a pain like this, they start taking medications or getting massages. These usually help... temporarily. If your job involves working at the computer, it's only a matter of time before the muscles get tired and overworked again. Then the pain returns once more.

More medications. More massages.

This pattern is usually repeated until the pain comes back so frequently and so severe that they seek professional help. If they seek out a chiropractor, we'll check their spine and adjust what we find.

Then we'll recommend exercises to help support the patient's spine and improve their posture. The goal is not to just make the pain go away once. The goal is to keep it from coming back at all, right?

"Got Great Results In Just 2 Weeks!"

Having great success using the lower back exercises from Dr. Cordova's Posture Confidence DVD, I didn't hesitate to try her exercises for the neck.

I wasn't disappointed! After 2 weeks, my neck and shoulders began to feel and look better. I also found the ebook very informative and easy to read. It's a good reference to have!

Thank you!

Pain Relief From Neck And Back Problems "With Little Effort"!

"Dr. Cordova, I have just read your book and find it to be very 'eye opening'.

My job typically has long hours and requires international air travel. Both require that I sit in the same position for long periods of time. Without even knowing what happened, I found that my shoulders were rounding, my neck would ache, my head would ache, and my back felt like it was “going out”. On the airplane, I struggle for comfort and work myself into remarkable positions.

After reading your book, I find that -- with very little effort -- I can perform your recommended exercises and relieve this pain. I thought that the pain resulting from these activities was something I had to live with. Your book has taught me that this is not true.

Thank you very much for revealing this wisdom. I feel better already."
